Terms of use

Appointments. You may change or cancel an appointment online up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, using the link in your confirmation email. After that, please call us at 450-818-5868 — it lets us offer the slot to someone else.

Emergencies. The online form is not suitable for an eye emergency. In case of sudden vision loss, pain or injury, call us immediately or go to an emergency room.

Information on this site. The content of this site is provided for information only and does not replace a consultation with an eye-care professional.

Warranties. Progressive lenses carry a 3-month adaptation guarantee. Lens treatments are warranted for 2 years against scratches and coating defects. Frame warranties vary by manufacturer; ask us for details.

External prescriptions. We accept prescriptions from other clinics, provided they are valid and legible.

Pricing. Prices shown in store are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes.
